Welcome to is an educational, fun and interactive experience introducing children of all ages to the wonderful world of small (many exotic) animals.

Many children have no hands-on access to any animals in their daily lives. It has been proven that children benefit from direct contact with animals providing a positive and rewarding effect.


Whilst studying for a Foundation Degree in Early Years, my research demonstrated how beneficial animal interaction is for all age groups from young children to the elderly. was set up after requests from local schools to visit with my animals and a request for a pet party. Both activities were a resounding success, providing me with the motivation to establish

What does offer?

The various packages available include Pet Parties, Educational Visits and hands on interactive therapy and workshops.
Visits are available for youth groups (e.g. Scouts/Guides etc.), parent and toddler groups and retirement/nursing homes along with nurseries, pre-schools and all other educational establishments.

About Us

I have over 35 years experience keeping, breeding and exhibiting small animals. I hold a Foundation Degree in Early Years and have been a qualified NNEB for over 30 years, working in nursery management, secondary school support for pupils with additional needs and childminding. I am currently working in a local primary school supporting children with additional needs. I also occasionally lecture Animal Care and Husbandry to HND students and I have been Police checked (hold an enhanced CRB).
